Zach Davis
Lead Pastor
Pastor Zach & Brittany have been serving on staff at Hillcrest Church since 2009, and assumed the Lead Pastor role in 2013. Zach received his Bachelor's Degree from Tennessee Wesleyan University & his Master's Degree from Lee University (Cleveland, TN). Zach is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN)
Trent Archer
Executive Pastor
Pastor Trent and his family joined Hillcrest in 2021. He has a heart for reaching families and seeing lives transformed through the gospel. Trent has a Master's Degree from Lee University and is a credentialed minister in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). He is married to Skylar Archer and they have 3 kids- Carson, Ada, and Jax.
Skylar Archer
Connections Pastor
Pastor Sky is the bright, bubbly one. If you've ever visited Hillcrest, then you have probably met her! She heads up our Covenant Group ministry and guest services. Sky has a bachelor's degree from Lee University. She is married to Trent Archer and they have 3 kids- Carson, Ada, and Jax.
Zoee Lawson
Worship Pastor
Pastor Zoee is passionate about singing and worship. She models a lifestyle of worship and leads our congregation to do the same.
Justin Thomas
Associate Pastor
Pastor Justin has a heart of prayer and a knack to get things done. You will see him greeting you on the way in, out, and probably in the middle somewhere.

Joey has a heart to serve. You'll find him at every project and event, ensuring people become family. He can also build just about anything.

Pastor Frank has a heart for the Word and to share it with those around him, especially college students.

Mindy is the reason why Hillcrest runs the way it does. Her organizational leadership keeps this place humming and in order.

Blue Front Coffee Company
Beau is the director of Blue Front Coffee Co., a marketplace ministry of Hillcrest Church. Beau is not only passionate about good coffee, he believes that ministry happens through relationships and conversation.
